These Purchase Conditions ("Purchase Conditions") govern the purchase of products and services available on the website https://www.skinkfy.com (the "Company Sites" or the "Sites"). The Company Sites are operated by skinkfy.com ("the Company"). The use of the Company Sites and these conditions are also governed by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE PURCHASE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, ALONG WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE PURCHASE CONDITIONS, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU ACCEPT THESE PURCHASE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" SECTION BELOW.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Purchase Conditions have been executed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms. You represent that you (1) are at least 18 years old, (2) are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, and (3) are not a person barred from receiving services under any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

You shall purchase and use the products and services available on the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Purchase Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, "Laws"). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to your purchase, including all laws applicable in the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. All telephone calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

PURCHASES

Order Processing The Company may, at its sole discretion, choose not to process or to cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has an incorrect price, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that the Company deems appropriate at its sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in order to process your order. The Company will not charge or refund amounts for orders that we do not process or cancel. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without notice (even after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped, or received, except where prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not guarantee that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Sites does not match the description, your sole remedy is to return the item, as specified in these Purchase Conditions.

The Company Sites may offer a β€œquick view” feature for various products. This feature allows you to view product pricing information and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. The quick view feature and this β€œadd to cart” feature are offered solely for your convenience. The product page is where you will find more detailed information about a product, its origin, features, and pricing.

Pricing Information The Company endeavors to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Company Sites. However, we cannot guarantee against pricing errors. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any order placed for a product or service whose price was erroneously posted on the site due to an error. In such cases, the Company will notify you via email. In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price.

Product and Service Availability The Company Sites may contain information about product availability. This information may be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will ship immediately after the order is placed. The estimated delivery date to the destination address of an item will be approximately 30 days or less after successful payment, but is subject to change based on item shortages, inclement weather, carrier transit times, destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item listed as β€œavailable” will ship immediately, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service offer may be available when a customer places an order and out of stock when the Company attempts to process the order. In such cases, the Company will notify you via email. Out-of-stock service offers are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be canceled from your order. The Company will notify you via email and remove the item from the Company Sites.

Additional Disclaimers and Specific Obligations In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the Site, products and services purchased on the Site: (a) may not include any manufacturer’s warranty, even if a particular product or service is available elsewhere with a warranty; (b) may not include any service or support option; (c) may not have manuals, instructions, or safety notices in your native language or in some languages of the destination country; (d) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) may not comply with the electrical standards of your jurisdiction (an adapter or converter may be required). It is your responsibility, and you hereby agree, to research the product to ensure it meets your needs and can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use taxes, value-added taxes, or tariffs.
