When can I expect to receive my shipment? All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days from the order date. Delivery will arrive within 10β20 business days from the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize for any shipping delays that may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance, inspection, or delays caused by the carrierβs service.
How can I track my order? A tracking number will be provided to you via email in the shipping confirmation. You can use the number to track your order on www.17track.net.
What are the shipping rates? We have a flat shipping rate of $2.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For more information on available destinations, contact us via email at service@skinkfy.com.
How can I change my shipping address? Address changes are allowed only until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us via email at service@skinkfy.com to request such a change.
Can I have the order shipped to an address different from my cardβs billing address? Yes, it is possible.
How is my order shipped? Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Some products will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
